Delivery & Returns
Standard Delivery (UK)Standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £85.00, or £4.00 for orders under £85.00.
All parcels will require a signature on delivery. We send out orders using Interlink Express as our courier. If you order before 12pm (Weekday) we will use the Next Day service with Interlink express. We will send you an email to let you know when your parcel has been dispatched. You will then receive a tracking number which you will be able to use to track your delivery. You will receive an email and/or text message on the day your parcel will arrive to inform you of the 1 hour window in which you should expect delivery. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address or cancel the order. Should we have any problems sending out your order we will inform you asap. Standard Delivery (Rest of Europe)Standard delivery to the rest of Europe is £10.
All parcels will be sent out using royal Mail. Please allow up 7-10 working days for your delivery although we will aim to make this much quicker.
Standard Delivery (Outside of Europe)Standard delivery outside of Europe is £15.

We are happy to offer you a free UK returns service. We understand that sometimes you may want to return items that are not suitable. We are able to offer a refund or an exchange. Please note this does not include sale items. If you wish to return sale items, you will need to pay for returns postage. Returns must be sent back recorded otherwise we cannot accept any lost or damaged items.
Exchanges and returns can only be offered if made within 14 days of delivery of original purchase and with proof of purchase. Items must be returned to us in perfect condition with all labels attached. Items must not have been worn. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase.
How to return an item
- In your delivery you will find a returns form.
- Please complete this returns section on the form.
- Enclose this form with the items to be returned in the mailing bag.
- You may keep the box the items were sent to you in!
- Use the self-adhesive returns label, found on the return form, to address your parcel. This label covers the cost of your return if you are within the UK. If you are outside the UK please add postage as required.
- Take your parcel to the nearest post office.
- Please note when returning anything to Style PB, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us to inform us so we can hold the other item of stock for you. Once you have informed us please return item as above.
